Family:
Karen grew up attending public schools in Louisiana and Tennessee. She and Doug have been married for 27 years. They have two children: Caroline (21) and Daniel (18), current college students and graduates of Memorial High School. Both Caroline and Daniel attended Bunker Hill Elementary School and Memorial Middle School.
